You understand manufacturing environments, MES\/MOM ecosystems and how technology actually lands on the shop floor.<\/p>\n

Now you\u2019re looking for a role where you\u2019re not just delivering<\/em> – but shaping solutions, influencing clients and turning insight into long-term value<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At ATS<\/strong>, we\u2019re looking for a Senior Consultant OT \/ Pre-Sales Consultant<\/strong> who enjoys being close to the client, comfortable in commercial conversations and confident enough to guide manufacturers from first idea to scalable solution.<\/p>\n

This is a hybrid role<\/strong> by design:
\n~50% consulting & solution shaping, ~50% pre-sales & value-based selling.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What you\u2019ll actually do:<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Act as a trusted OT advisor<\/strong> for manufacturing clients in the Benelux region<\/li>\n
  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops and solution discussions<\/strong> around MES\/MOM and OT landscapes<\/li>\n
  • Translate operational challenges into clear, value-driven solutions<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Work closely with Sales to shape proposals, scopes and roadmaps<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Spot natural follow-up opportunities<\/strong> – expansions, optimizations, next phases<\/li>\n
  • Stay hands-on enough to stay credible, strategic enough to stay relevant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \nYou\u2019ll be expected to think, challenge and co-create<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    What makes you a strong fit:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    You combine OT expertise<\/strong> with commercial awareness<\/strong>.
    \nYou enjoy client interaction, asking the right questions and helping decision-makers see what\u2019s possible – without overselling.<\/p>\n

    You likely bring:<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting or senior OT\/MES delivery<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of MES\/MOM, LIMS, APS or industrial automation<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter X<\/strong> (Execution Process\/Discrete, LIMS, APS)<\/li>\n
    • Integration understanding across ERP, PLM, SCADA, IIoT<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with ISA-95, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Confidence in storytelling, workshops, and solution positioning<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Fluency in Dutch and English<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • A value-based sales mindset<\/strong> (consultative, not pushy)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
