Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of industrial automation systems, PLCs, robotics, SCADA, sensors, actuators, and related software
- Proven work experience in industrial automation, preferably in roles involving training, teaching, or instructional design
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design methodologies
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to adapt training approaches for different learning styles and expertise levels
- Proficiency in using training tools, simulation software, and multimedia aids
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
