Your Mission

As a Team Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role within our OT Delivery team. You’ll combine technical expertise with leadership skills to guide your team to success. You’ll mentor team members, oversee their professional development, and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge projects.
This role is the perfect springboard for aspiring senior leaders seeking to make a lasting impact.
🌍 Location: Poortugaal, NL (2 days in the office, 3 days in HO or travelling in the Netherlands or Belgium or all over Europe)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Team Leadership: Oversee daily activities, plan schedules, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Hands-On Support: Actively contribute to projects and provide immediate feedback to team members.
- Professional Development: Mentor, train, and guide team members in their growth.
- Communication Hub: Act as the main link between your team and senior management.
- Problem Solving: Monitor performance, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive team culture.
- Hiring and Development: Support recruitment efforts, performance reviews, and absence management.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven track record in software design, development, and implementation, especially in industrial settings.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in programming, scripting, database design, and manufacturing processes.
- Extensive knowledge/experience with SCADA systems. Preferably Iconics or even Ignition or Schneider.
- Having a good understanding of electrical engineering, and a background in building management systems or electrical power management systems would be preferable.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage, inspire, and organize teams.
- Personal Qualities: Innovative thinker with excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.
- Language skills: Excellent Dutch and English.
