YOUR JOB – What would be your everyday job?
ATS Macedonia is the main software development center of ATS Global. Our team consisted of young, skillful and enthusiastic people is growing fast and we are looking for the intelligent, ambitious and creative candidates to join us on position UX Designer
Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and software engineers
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Rapid prototyping in InVision, Figma or other tools of choice
- Collaborate with other co-located and remote team members and stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE – qualifications you will need
- 2+ years of experience in a UI/UX design role
- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
- Experience designing and implementing UIs across desktop + mobile
- Working knowledge of InVision, Figma, Sketch or similar
- Proven work experience as a UI Designer or similar role (portfolio)
- Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good level of English (knowledge of other languages would be a plus)
- Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and other coding languages is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed
- Passion for continued learning, inside and outside of the industry
