Your Role:
Reporting directly to the Divisional and Global Business Development manager, you will have the exciting responsibility of managing and expanding sales for both existing and new customers. Your role will focus on understanding client needs, developing strategic plans, and delivering results through our wide range of cutting-edge products and services.
What You’ll Do:
- Establish and grow comprehensive sales/business development strategy to expand our presence in the data center market.
- Build professional connections with key stakeholders in Manufacturing industries such as aerospace, automotive, semiconductors, food & beverage, etc.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including datacenter operators (Cloud and Colo), technology partners, GC’s and manufacturing potential clients, to build long term strategic relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand regional industry trends, competitors’ activities & products, & emerging opportunities within the data centers sector.
- Collaborate with various departments to meet customer expectations & deliver on sales objectives to understand the unique needs of our data center clients & our capabilities.
- Lead account strategy planning and drive growth across customer portfolios.
- Create, manage, & deliver customer proposals on time, ensuring high standards & profitability.
- Responsible over annual quarterly, & monthly sales plans according to the sales business objectives.
- Coordinate / participate in customer seminars, exhibitions, & other events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales/business development within the Data Center & Manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure, technologies, & Manufacturing industry trends.Demonstrated ability to build & maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Commercially savvy with a keen ability to develop & maintain C-level relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
- Proven ability to drive account strategies and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to develop the account sales strategy and execute effectively.
- A natural team player, comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
Your Experience:
- At least 7 years of strategic sales experience in B2B environments.
- Bachelor Degree in Technical (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical) but equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
- Added Advantage for MBA.
- Added Advantage for Mandarin speaker.
