The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator to support our financial and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will manage daily financial tasks, maintain accurate records, and assist in financial planning and reporting. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and compliance with regulatory standards.

The KEY responsibilities of this role are as follows:

Financial Administration:

    • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
    • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports as required.
    • Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and analysis. Documentation:
    • Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, inspection checklists, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
    • Manage and organize project quality records, test results, and certificates of compliance.

Record Keeping:

    • Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
    • Organize and archive historical financial data for audits and reference.

Payroll & Tax Compliance:

    • Process employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
    • Assist in preparing and submitting tax filings, including GST/VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.

Support to Financial Planning:

    • Collaborate with the finance team in forecasting and preparing financial models.
    • Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with budgets.

Administrative Tasks:

    • Support procurement processes, including vendor management and purchase orders.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions.
    • Manage and maintain contracts, agreements, and other financial documentation.

Compliance and Support:

    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
    • Support the project team with other administrative tasks as required.

The Person

Successful candidates will have an ability to work both independently and within a team to achieve the required targets.

Successful candidates will also demonstrate the following skills:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in finance administration, accounting, or a similar role (3-5 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Other Skills

  • Minimum 3-5 years of strategic Finance and administration in an IT environment.
  • Languages: Thai and English.

Location

The successful candidate would be based at Thailand, Bangkok office and would be expected to work across in region if required. Regional travel to ATS offices throughout the region can be expected as part of this position.
