MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We are looking for a Telemarketing Specialist who is proactive, customer-oriented, and passionate about building relationships through effective communication. In this role, you will directly contribute to pipeline growth by supporting demand generation and lead qualification activities, with a concrete impact on business opportunities and revenue development. by managing qualification calls, campaign follow ups, customer invitations, and engagement activities to strengthen customer relationships and identify business opportunities.<\/p>\n

YOUR JOB \u2013 What would be your responsibilities?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u2022 Conduct qualification calls to assess customer needs, interests, and business potential, Manage and work on contact lists generated from digital marketing campaigns (inbound and outbound leads)
\n\u2022 Perform follow-up and recall activities related to marketing and commercial campaigns
\n\u2022 Contact customers and prospects to promote events, webinars, workshops, and company initiatives
\n\u2022 Manage invitation campaigns and attendance confirmations for corporate events and marketing activities
\n\u2022 Update and maintain customer information within the CRM system
\n\u2022 Collect and record relevant customer feedback and market insights
\n\u2022 Support customer engagement and retention initiatives through proactive communication
\n\u2022 Monitor telemarketing activities and prepare regular reports on outcomes and key metrics
\n\u2022 Ensure a professional and positive customer experience during all interactions
\n\u2022 Contribute to the achievement of campaign and business objectives.<\/p>\n

YOUR PROFILE \u2013 Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u2022 High school diploma, ITS qualification, or higher education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
\n\u2022 Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, or customer engagement activities is preferred
\n\u2022 Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot)
\n\u2022 Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Strong listening skills and ability to engage customers effectively
\n\u2022 Customer-oriented mindset and professional telephone etiquette
\n\u2022 Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
\n\u2022 Strong organizational and time management skills
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
\n\u2022 Good analytical and reporting skills
\n\u2022 High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
\n\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken<\/p>\n

CCNL: Commercio.<\/span>
Salary range: \u20ac24,000 \u2013 \u20ac30,000 gross annual salary<\/strong>, based on experience and skills.<\/span><\/p>\n
