We are seeking an experienced GE Proficy MES Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions. The role involves working closely with manufacturing, quality, automation, and IT teams to deliver scalable MES applications that improve production efficiency, quality, traceability, and operational performance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GE Proficy Plant Applications, manufacturing processes, and system integration, with a passion for driving digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.<\/p>\n

  • Strong hands-on experience in GE Proficy Plant Applications \/ MES development, implementation, and integration.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in Discrete Manufacturing, preferably Automotive, Aviation\/Aerospace.<\/li>\n
  • Good understanding of ISA-95, ISA-88, AS9100, regulatory compliance, traceability, and audit requirements.<\/li>\n
  • Expertise in MES solution architecture, deployment, and system integration.<\/li>\n
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and operational excellence.<\/li>\n
  • Exposure to Continuous Improvement, Industry 4.0, and Digital Transformation initiatives.<\/li>\n
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Key Responsibilities<\/strong> <\/span><\/h2>\n

    • Design, develop, configure, and deploy GE Proficy Plant Applications (MES) solutions for manufacturing operations.<\/li>\n
    • Implement MES functionalities including production execution, quality management, traceability, genealogy, and performance monitoring.<\/li>\n
    • Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, PLC, Quality, and other enterprise systems.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and audit processes through robust traceability and digital record management.<\/li>\n
    • Develop and maintain MES databases, dashboards, reports, and analytics to support operational excellence.<\/li>\n
    • Design scalable MES architectures aligned with ISA-95, ISA-88, and Industry 4.0 principles.<\/li>\n
    • Lead system testing, validation, deployment, troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance optimization activities.<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, automation, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver effective MES solutions.<\/li>\n
