We are looking for a dynamic Sales Professional to join our high-performing Sales Team to drive and expand our portfolio of Enterprise SCADA\/HMI, MES\/MOM, IIoT, eQMS, and Digital Transformation solutions across manufacturing and industrial sectors, helping customers accelerate their Smart Manufacturing and Digital Transformation journey.<\/p>\n

  • Experience in sales and business development within the Industrial automation or software or IT-OT solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Strong understanding of SCADA, MES, and IIoT concepts.<\/li>\n
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in consultative and solution-based selling.<\/li>\n
  • Exposure to platforms and technologies such as Ignition, AVEVA\/Wonderware, PI System, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable digital transformation solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Effectively engage with Plant Heads, CIOs, CTOs, and Digital Transformation leaders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Key Responsibilities<\/strong>
    \n<\/span><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories and industry segments.<\/li>\n
    • Own and drive the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.<\/li>\n
    • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for Enterprise SCADA\/HMI, MES\/MOM solutions, IIoT, Digital Transformation initiatives, and eQMS solutions.<\/li>\n
    • Understand customer pain points such as downtime, lack of operational visibility, and manual processes, and propose suitable value-driven solutions.<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate closely with the Presales team to create customized proposals, solution presentations, and ROI-based business cases.<\/li>\n
    • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers while ensuring high customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n
