Job Requirements (Skill Sets)<\/strong>

    \n
  • Hands-on experience in automation project execution, configuration or troubleshooting of PLC and SCADA\/HMI software.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in interfacing automation SCADA software with databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, or others.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to diagnose faults based on system\/application\/software logs.<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols\/drivers, OPC DA\/UA or HDA server; client interfaces and historian configuration is an added advantage.<\/li>\n
  • Major experience should be in technical support to customer.<\/li>\n
  • Good communication skills<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of database management, MIS, and report analysis.<\/li>\n
  • Engineers should be involved in, handle, and follow our QMS processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Key Responsibilities<\/strong>
    \n<\/span><\/h2>\n

    • Provide on-call support to clients by identifying technical issues, researching solutions, and guiding clients through corrective steps related to automation software products.<\/li>\n
    • Enhance client experience by creating and maintaining technical documentation and references.<\/li>\n
    • Maintain the knowledge base and technical checklists to support efficient problem resolution.<\/li>\n
    • Support clients with disabilities by recommending appropriate devices and accessibility techniques.<\/li>\n
