We are looking for an Inside Sales Professional to join our high-performance Sales Team and manage leads, proposals, customer follow-ups, and sales activities for our industrial automation solutions. Job Requirements (Skill Sets)<\/strong>

  • Experience in Inside Sales Operations, including prospect calling, lead management, proposals, sales follow-ups, and payment follow-ups.<\/li>\n
  • Basic knowledge of Industrial Automation Software such as SCADA, OPC, Historian, etc. is preferred.<\/li>\n
  • Proven experience in managing Inside Sales targets\/KRAs.<\/li>\n
  • Experience with CRM systems. <\/li>\n
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Key Responsibilities<\/strong>
    \n<\/span><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Manage leads from Marketing and existing customers through sales closure.<\/li>\n
    • Prepare proposals and manage CRM lead updates. <\/li>\n
    • Follow up on proposals, orders, and payments with customers. <\/li>\n
    • Coordinate with Operations and Sales teams for order execution, proposals, and marketing events.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure customer engagement and satisfaction. <\/li>\n
    • Prepare and maintain sales reports. <\/li>\n
    • Coordinate with cross-regional sales teams. <\/li>\n
