Job Requirements (Skill Sets)
- Hands-on experience in automation project execution, configuration or troubleshooting of PLC and SCADA/HMI software.
- Experience in interfacing automation SCADA software with databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, or others.
- Ability to diagnose faults based on system/application/software logs.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols/drivers, OPC DA/UA or HDA server; client interfaces and historian configuration is an added advantage.
- Major experience should be in technical support to customer.
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of database management, MIS, and report analysis.
- Engineers should be involved in, handle, and follow our QMS processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-call support to clients by identifying technical issues, researching solutions, and guiding clients through corrective steps related to automation software products.
- Enhance client experience by creating and maintaining technical documentation and references.
- Maintain the knowledge base and technical checklists to support efficient problem resolution.
- Support clients with disabilities by recommending appropriate devices and accessibility techniques.
- Assign queries to internal resources and track progress in the system to ensure timely resolution.
