Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Professional to join our high-performing Sales Team to drive and expand our portfolio of Enterprise SCADA/HMI, MES/MOM, IIoT, eQMS, and Digital Transformation solutions across manufacturing and industrial sectors, helping customers accelerate their Smart Manufacturing and Digital Transformation journey.

Job Requirements (Skill Sets)

  • Experience in sales and business development within the Industrial automation or software or IT-OT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SCADA, MES, and IIoT concepts.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Exposure to platforms and technologies such as Ignition, AVEVA/Wonderware, PI System, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable digital transformation solutions.
  • Effectively engage with Plant Heads, CIOs, CTOs, and Digital Transformation leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories and industry segments.
  • Own and drive the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for Enterprise SCADA/HMI, MES/MOM solutions, IIoT, Digital Transformation initiatives, and eQMS solutions.
  • Understand customer pain points such as downtime, lack of operational visibility, and manual processes, and propose suitable value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Presales team to create customized proposals, solution presentations, and ROI-based business cases.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to support business growth.
