Role Overview
We are looking for a Professional to join our team and drive the development of industrial automation solutions, including PLC, SCADA, and related technologies, for our customers. The role involves understanding customer requirements, developing technical proposals, conducting plant studies, and supporting project execution to deliver effective and cost-efficient automation solutions.

Job Requirements (Skill Sets)
- Experience in Automation & Control with hands-on implementation of PLC/SCADA projects in manufacturing plants.
- Strong knowledge of PLC hardware configuration and programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.).
- Good understanding of SCADA/DCS architecture.
- Knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, OPC DA/UA, MQTT, and REST.
- Understanding of protocol converters, PLC/SCADA networking, and instrumentation.
- Basic knowledge of IT-OT integration and networking.
- Experience with PLC/SCADA solutions in industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Metals, and Automotive is preferred.
- Good customer interaction, presentation, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and document customer requirements.
- Conduct plant study visits to gather data from customer locations.
- Develop technical proposals based on customer requirements.
- Estimate service efforts for solution implementation.
- Present technical proposals to customers and obtain technical approval.
- Participate in customer and internal meetings.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to address customer requirements.
- Support the Project team during execution.
- Analyze competitor solutions and explore optimized, cost-effective solutions.
