YOUR MISSION<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You will be the driver of sales growth in the Spanish industrial market. Your objective is clear: generate new business, develop strategic accounts, and build relationships that last for years.<\/p>\n

You will report to the Division\/Country Director and will have at your disposal all the technical and pre-sales support you need. You will represent Siemens\u2019s PLM solutions portfolio (CAD\/CAM\/CAE) and AYS\u2019s Engineering Services, with the freedom to design your own sales strategy across sectors such as automotive, aerospace, space, electronics, etc.<\/p>\n

WHAT YOU\u2019LL DO<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Identify and open new accounts in the Spanish industrial market.<\/li>\n
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts, increasing the penetration of PLM solutions and associated engineering<\/li>\n
  • Represent the full range of Siemens solutions and associated Engineering Services.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and execute your account strategy: 1\u20133 year objectives, financial milestones, and action plan.<\/li>\n
  • Develop solid sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close profitable deals.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure the client receives exactly what they need.<\/li>\n
  • Keep the CRM updated as a tool for management, planning, and internal communication.<\/li>\n
  • Take part in marketing initiatives, industry events, and demand generation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Your next step: Sales Manager<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    If you have ambition and deliver results, this position is the natural path toward a Sales Manager role. We believe in internal promotion: many of the people who lead our teams have followed exactly this path.<\/p>\n

    WHAT WE\u2019RE LOOKING FOR<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Education; proven sales orientation, ideally with a technical background (Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent, without ruling out other academic backgrounds) \u2014 we\u2019re looking for someone who understands the technology and knows how to sell it.<\/li>\n
    • Between 5 and 8 years of experience in B2B consultative sales. Experience selling industrial digital solutions or engineering will be especially valued, though we also value any profile with a solid track record of closing deals in complex technical environments.<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to open new accounts and maintain high-level relationships.<\/li>\n
    • Hunter mentality: results-driven, autonomous in responsibility, and able to work as a team.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of the industrial environment: Automotive, aerospace and defense, pharmaceutical, electronics, food and beverage, or industrial process. The broader your map of industries, the faster you\u2019ll reach the client.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills.<\/li>\n
    • Willingness to travel. Driver\u2019s license and own vehicle.<\/li>\n
    • Fluent Spanish and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
