You won\u00b4t just be executing designs; you\u00b4ll be a key contributor to our brand identity, helping us stand out in a technical market and directly influencing how prospects perceive and engage with ATS Global.<\/p>\n

What You\u00b4ll Do<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Design & Visual Content<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Create high-quality marketing assets: website visuals, social media creatives, campaign banners, ads, email graphics, and video content<\/li>\n
  • Design presentations, sales collateral, infographics, and technical visualisations<\/li>\n
  • Translate complex industrial and technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals<\/li>\n
  • Ensure all work aligns with ATS branding guidelines and quality standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Website & WordPress Visual Identity Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Create, update, and manage visual content on the ATS Global website using WordPress<\/li>\n
    • Maintain visual consistency, UX\/UI quality, and SEO-friendly image structure across all web pages<\/li>\n
    • Support landing page creation and campaign execution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      AI-Powered Design<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Use AI tools (generative image creation, content enhancement) to accelerate production and boost creativity<\/li>\n
      • Experiment with new formats; interactive visuals, motion graphics, AI-assisted personalisation<\/li>\n
      • Stay ahead of emerging tools and bring fresh ideas to the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Brand & Quality<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Own brand consistency across typography, colour, layout, and visual identity<\/li>\n
        • Deliver ready to release outputs; polished, accurate, no revisions needed<\/li>\n
        • Help evolve ATS Global design guidelines and visual standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          What We\u00b4re Looking For<\/strong><\/h2>\n

          Required<\/strong><\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Bachelor\u00b4s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field<\/li>\n
          • Fluent Czech & English<\/strong> (spoken and written); essential for this role<\/li>\n
          • 5+ years of graphic design<\/strong> experience in a marketing or digital environment<\/li>\n
          • A strong portfolio showing digital design, brand consistency, and the ability to simplify complex concepts visually<\/li>\n
          • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, etc.)<\/li>\n
          • Hands-on experience with WordPress<\/strong> (content updates, page builders, basic layout management)<\/li>\n
          • Experience with AI design tools<\/strong> (generative image tools, AI-assisted platforms)<\/li>\n
          • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and UX\/UI basics<\/li>\n
          • Sharp attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects at once<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Nice to Have<\/strong><\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)<\/li>\n
            • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot<\/li>\n
            • Basic HTML\/CSS knowledge for web content tweaks<\/li>\n
            • Experience in B2B, industrial, or tech-driven environments<\/li>\n
            • Understanding of SEO best practices for visual content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
