About the Role
Are you an experienced finance professional with a strong background in transfer pricing? Do you thrive in ensuring compliance, optimizing intercompany processes, and maintaining financial accuracy?
We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Expert to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining internal transfer pricing rules, preparing documentation, and ensuring regulatory alignment across multiple countries. You will also play a key role in management accounting and intercompany reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Transfer Pricing & Compliance
- Maintain internal transfer pricing rules and documentation, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Oversee and update the Master File for transfer pricing compliance.
- Prepare Local Transfer Pricing Documentation for selected countries.
- Implement internal controls to ensure adherence to internal and regulatory transfer pricing policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing, consolidation, and audit processes through intercompany reconciliations.
- Provide guidance on the internal transfer pricing model, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate on intercompany process improvements and ensure smooth operations.
🔹 Management Accounting & Reporting
- Ensure accuracy of management reporting for informed decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance, with proven expertise in transfer pricing.
- Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of project accounting (a plus).
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) to work in an international environment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret financial data.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, delivery, project management, and audit teams.
